Security Alarm Online is a safety tech company offering wearable duress devices designed for individuals and teams in high-risk or remote situations. They needed a complete online presence — from branding and layout to clear product communication. Devnovate was hired to build the full website and user interface from scratch, including the design of all web pages in Adobe XD before development. The goal: to educate, engage, and convert safety-conscious individuals and organizations across Australia.
The client had no prior website, only a vision and product details. The biggest challenge was translating complex safety features into a clean, accessible, and trustworthy online experience — especially for users in high-stress industries like healthcare, mining, adult services, and government. It needed to feel professional yet approachable, with strong calls to action and trust elements like stats, device benefits, and legal compliance messaging.
We designed a full UI/UX system in Adobe XD — tailored to guide users from awareness to action. The final website was developed from scratch using WordPress, incorporating responsive layouts, product sections, industry-specific pages, and engaging CTAs. Clear content structure, live video demos, and educational visuals were used to build trust and push conversions. Custom quote forms, newsletter opt-ins, and checkout elements completed the user journey.
